not sure how seller ranking works but I had a great experience with a seller who is ranked 186 out of 186 with 99.6 positive feedback on 130 transactions.
I even offered extra btc because it dropped from when i ordered to finalized and was told it wasn't necessary. ;)
Wot's uh the deal? ???
